Paris, the eternal city of Love!

Posted 5/22/2008 9:18AM

Come this summer, we may all have to head to Paris, the city of D’amor if not for love then at least to take advantage of this great offer of 26% off on one of the fantastic Parisian hotels to ever grace this city, by that I am talking quite obviously about the Hotel Concorde Saint Lazare.
This offer is valid only until the 5th of May and is also dependent on the availability of rooms.

Well, that is certainly one incentive to travel to Paris, the city that has stood more for romance than anything else in particular. This hotel is situated right across the Gare St. Lazare train station and as such, one should be able to get around this city with ease with this hotel as a center. The one thing that one can always say about Paris is that it is unusual, for each and every one of us. I guess this city has a certain air about it, one that makes us want to stay on here forever. All one would have to do is to take a walk on any one of the bridges and come across many an artist who would be more than happy to put you down on paper for a few francs. This city literally abounds in creativity from top to bottom, with spectacular sights a plenty.

I do not think that any of us are going to forget a trip to the Eiffel tower at the least or that mesmerizing smile of Mona Lisa.  I just looked up Mona Lisa on the net and guess what, the national treasure of France was once stolen but returned back to them by I guess very conscientious criminals. When ever I think of Paris, I immediately get this hunger for a French croissant and some coffee, just thinking about the city is enough to get my mouth watering. Either way, there is plenty to see in this city and come summer, I think that some of us may just pay a personal visit to this city that refuses to let itself be described.
